30-Day Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident when ordering from our store. You may request a return within 30 days after delivery.

Return eligibility

For hygiene and product-integrity reasons, supplements and personal-care products must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging. Please keep your order confirmation or other proof of purchase. Gift cards and items marked final sale are not eligible for return.

How to start a return

Email schliepkarow401@outlook.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the request. Please wait for return instructions before sending a parcel. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Inspect your order after delivery. If there is a problem, contact us promptly and include your order number plus clear photos of the item and packaging so our support team can review it.

Refund timing

After an approved return is received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the credit. Original delivery charges are refunded only when the return results from our error.

Order cancellation

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Once fulfillment has started, cancellation may no longer be available.
